As a final project in CAD Landscape Design 1, students were tasked to create a sample landscape plan for four model homes in a fictitious development of the greater Milwaukee area. The objective was to show home buyers that they can still have a “useable” yard on a lot that was smaller than average for the area. Students were provided with blocks for the houses, garages, street and lots as well as requirements for setbacks and other certain features to be included.

All work is original and created in Autodesk AutoCAD for Mac 2022.
