Business Principles Assignment

The business principles assignment asked students to research the various types of business structures and report their findings of control, taxes, liability, registration and fees, and continuation. It posed questions of understanding about the content, including reflections on advantages or disadvantages of various structures and reasons for their use. The research element of this assignment was challenging as the information was found across a wide range of informational websites with lots of information to wade through.
